"Found Videos on Outside Sites"
ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!
****** In NO WAY am I directing you to these sites as it would be in direct violation of the terms... I am just watching out for my fellow WAM-Artists. ******
We producers who have stores work really hard to create our work so it is my duty and obligation to point out that on PornHub I have found one of my FULL-LENGTH videos among 2 others from 2 other producers. I know this kind of thing happens SOMETIMES but I am posting to help us ALL keep an eye on it.
Attached is a screenshot so you don't have to go to the site. If you are affected by this PLEASE let me know and I will communicate on your behalf if desired.
There is a video from Stepfawn Studio and Abs Pecs and Pies.
Forgive me if you both have given this person permission but I have not.
This person is from Los Angeles and if I hadn't been doing my usual rounds then I would have missed these altogether. Their username is pieadventures and I will reach out concerning my video that is on there as soon as they respond to my friend request as it seems that's the only way to get in touch. I know a few people in LA and I KNOW they wouldn't do this sort of thing so it has to be some obscure nonsense that will be ended.
Protect your work by keeping your eyes out and speaking up! Protect each other by sharing info if you do find something out there that shouldn't be!
PLEASE DO NOT purchase and upload our work elsewhere! It risks us not doing it anymore. If you want to share ANYTHING that doesn't belong to you then you must ask!

at the bottom of every umd page there is a link to report piracy, please use it wherever possible as it gives producers a dmca template and makes getting them taken down a little bit faster, it's so incredibly helpful.

Yes as above, at the bottom of every umd page there is a clickable 'report piracy' link. Any url from any site can be put into that form, wherever piracy is found, any website. Please do use it if you spot something anywhere. It then reports it to the producer who can issue a dmca takedown and get it removed

Okay: next question: how does one know that the producer didn't put the video up on PornHub as an advertising teaser? I have always maintained a few of my eBooks as freebies for this purpose....

When I've seen accounts on that site posting pirated material, they generally have stuff posted that's obviously from multiple different producers, almost never just one.

I've put a couple of teasers on pornhub, hopefully people would realise they are teasers as they are very short, don't give much away and are posted with my username
for me personally as a producer if it's a whole video rather than a teaser trailer, it's pirated and if it hasn't been posted by my username it's likely pirated

You don't pay "if you can". You pay, period. Just like anything else. Producers don't have the option of eating "if they can". Especially those who do this for a living.
If you find something anywhere please use the "Report Piracy" link at the bottom of the page. It's much appreciated. MPV has issued over 3,000 take down requests since March alone. You will not find a full scene from MPV as a "teaser". Full scenes cost money and people are expected to pay it. If for some reason you feel exempt from paying for things then at least have the decency not to share it with the entire universe. That helps nobody but file sharing sites etc.

They do it because they can. Ultimately this makes new material, especially quality material, difficult/impossible to produce. There's no way to justify it other than just being a thief.

I can see that... BUT.. as several have said pirates usually have several different ones on there... for me personally, if I were to have a teaser I would put it on my account and it wouldn't be the full length... I have it for sale to this day so having something with 2500 views that was not purchased is sort of a slap to me.

That's gratifying to hear. All the sites have different response times but after PH learned all of our videos then the take down is all but automatic. I just got confirmation of removal on a scene that was uploaded 8 hours ago. MPV worked out a system that took a while but we cleansed PH and all major tube sites of MPV product. Now every morning there is a scan according to plan and we pick off the latest stuff. What's amazing and sad are the deadheads who continue to upload over and over again and can't understand why their accounts keep getting deleted. Makes you wonder.
Dirty Job but I got to do it 20+ years. Thanks.
