does anyone have any random scenes you saw on tv years ago, but you cant remember where it was from?

i always remember seeing a film where a dude was in a bath presumably naked, and his mate came into the room with exciting news and just got in the bath fully clothed to tell him, it was played for comedy. i wonder what it was

Wish I had seen it. I remember something similar from the 1980s in a US sitcom about a police precinct in a small city. The episode in question had one thread about having a hot tub installed in the police station. Towards the end of the episode most of the characters were seen enjoying this after installation together presumably naked when a younger detective (very hot to my eyes) in tight uniform shirt and jeans entered the room and stepped right in without hesitation!

There are several films and tv sitcoms with scenes like that...e.g.

1) The Clint Eastwood film "Coogan's Bluff"
2) The Barbara Streisand film "For Pete's Sake"
3) The Liza Minelli film "Rent a Cop"
4) 2 or 3 French films and some Italan and Swedish films I can think of

On the tv sitcom side there is the Delta Burke scene from the show "Filthy Rich" in 1982.....and more recently the Markie Post scene on the sitcom "Hearts Affire".

etc etc....I could name 10 more examples but before going on a wild good chase please try to be more specific...i.,e.

- was it an American or European film
- what was the approx decade it came from
- any actors or actress that you remember

Im afraid i have got no further knowledge of this particular scene. probably from the 70s. Though it was mid 90s i watched it
