I am another who came to the UMD via Messy Fun. I had watched a mud scene from Messy Fun on the Playboy Channel and noted the Messy Fun website in the credits. I found the UMD through the "links" area of the Messy Fun website and have been on UMD ever since.

Jayce, I am also a big fan of Black Treacle on nude models, and have bought quite a few such scenes. Your 15 Gallons of Molasses scene is one of them, and it is one of my all-time favorites.

I've been around since the mid-90s...first on the MPV BBS and then the WAMSAT (pre-UMD mailing list) and various Usenet groups when I got an AOL account on New Year's day 1997. Shortly after that I think I found MessyFun and Aquatapes on or about the same day. This picture stuck with me and it would be another seven years before I saw the actual movie this came from, since I couldn't order anything by mail until I went off to college.

Leaving out MessyFun and Splosh, which I believe I came to before I visited the UMD (and which are well represented here), there are a few I probably encountered here first and which have stuck with me. I know I first saw Messygirl Leah's pictures on here before she began her own site.

Eventually, but from Oxford Street's larger HMV (London) which had a more discreet adult section.

I lurked on the UMD for years before setting up an actual profile. One of my earliest online WAM related memories was finding an animated gif from Messy Fun (which took forever to load back then on dial up). It was from "At the Messy Movies", a clip that I wouldn't see in full until only a few years ago. Still one of my favorite scenes and it helped let me know that I wasn't the only person on earth who had a thing for a beautiful woman being trashed with a pie.

The first picture that got me to the UMD I remember clear as day. I am not sure how I found it. It was a picture posted where a guy said his girlfriend let him cover her with chocolate pudding. She was wearing a prom dress. It was later that I recognized his girlfriend as looking a lot like Ariel. I had always been into messing myself up. I would cut class in high school to do it or when I was home sick and then clean up before people got home. I never did anything about the smell in the bathroom, it never occurred to me to do anything. It was seeing that picture that ignited something in me that there were people that enjoyed doing that and it wasn't just Nickelodeon and Movies for comedy effect. I learned about WAM from the searching after seeing the pic and then landed here. It became a daily ritual for me to lurk here and then styx lurking and off to minx. There were a few others in there that have come and gone. My first subscription was to a site from here that I can't remember the name of but I want to say it was a Canadian site. It ran for a few years after I found it and had the normal food fight stuff. It was back around 2003 or so. Many failed hard drives since then and sadly the content is gone.

From one of the same sets Nollvane posted, this picture was on a bunch of advertisements at the time, and was just captivated by thoughts of "what could come next?"

Maybe a decade later I finally found/got the full set. Good stuff.

The other one that caught my eye back in Old WAM Days was one from MessyFun, I think? A woman in a textured white top/sweater, dumping a bunch of chocolate all over it. Can't find that pic on my system, but it was mindblowing when I saw it for the first time, never really knowing WAM existed.

Was it this set? These made quite an impression on me too.

Being a big fan of Shave cream WAM, I actually stumbled upon UMD back in 2004 through a search after I saw some vids on youtube. I saw some these pics of Nikki and Liz from Messy Girl totally covered in Foam and I was hooked.

Probably a lot of our first wam memory involves that record. I can't for the life of me remember actually playing it.

As with others here my early exposure was via mainstream tv but the first time I thought "wow, that just hot all my buttons" was the pie consumer reports scene from

And then I discovered UMD, 19-20 years ago, and I've been enjoying it immensely ever since!!

The pic that brought me to the UMD was actually one that I shot.

In 2003, I was running sound in one of a string of venues I worked at starting in the 90's. This one was a blue-collar metal and punk club that was insane on the weekends, but like a tomb every other day. The promoter decided to try Thursday night shows with female mud wrestling in between bands. I started recording the matches with old security cameras and VHS recorders, eventually moving to one of the first affordable digital cams. I sold VHS tapes with 8 or 9 matches on them on eBay and thru my own hand-rolled catalog website and PayPal account. Most customers were friends of the bands and the wrestling girls. It was a strictly low-traffic affair.

One day, my paltry 30 GB-per-month hosting account went off the rails and got shut down due to an insane amount of traffic. I traced it to a photo link on some site called "umd.net' and it was getting a LOT of clicks. Seems that Chainsaw John had found the pic link somewhere and posted it. I rushed over here ready to yell at everyone for killing my website and discovered this community.

We were part of the original WAMSAT link of messy sites and communicating with other like minded messy fetish people on alt.sex.fetish.wet-and-messy. Then some young guy fresh out of college contacted us, and asked if we would like to have our little messy site on something that he was working on, called the UMD.

Mine is long, long since vanished into the ether, but I remember it clear as day. I was a bit late to this party - didn't find WAM until around 2006. Though I definitely remember MessyFun - they were still queen of this castle back then.

Wow, I've got to think way back to the 1900's for that answer. I think the first real picture I saw of anything that resembles WAM was a picture in an ad of some kind in the back of some men's magazine sometime in the early 1980's. It showed a woman's torso from the neck to her stomach, mainly her breasts. They were covered in what looked like a thick creamy yellow cake batter, or a runny cake icing. I remember what struck me the most was the substance was not just merely poured on her breasts, but was thick enough, or had somewhat dried to the point that a second layer was running on top of the first layer. I found this very erotic.
When the internet came along, I of course was looking up ways to save the world, and how to be a better person, when I "accidentally" typed in something to the effect of naked muddy women. I shut off the computer immediately after a few hours.
