I wish there was more aftermath or behind the scenes footage, but for mainstream WAM this is pretty damn good!

Huh. I saw this while watching the news at around 5:00 a.m. and assumed that I'd fallen asleep and dreamed it.

This ad, I guess, was part 1 of a coordinated ad campaign.

This morning I heard a 20-sec spot, announcer read, on Chicago's Newradio 780. It's to drive traffic to the website and their YouTube channel to demonstrate the washability of the furniture. It's idea for high-income young families, and there are a lot of them where they have stores.

Fun fact: all of their ads are humorous (they work a lot with the Cubs and Blackhawks), all have family members who are officers of the company, and by-cracky, they have a store just 2 miles north of where I live.

I'm sure oilslick will remember all of this.

Gogl, that store is in the Oakbrook Mall, in Oak Brook---don't ask.

That chain has really grown; the west suburban store was in my 'hood and was tiny! We had a neighbor who was a designer there.

They took over the lease all those years ago from Sears Furniture...or for the obsessive business types, it was in trouble even then.

Didn't realize there was more than one store. I only know the one in the city.
