Messmistress and I did that program and we got good results with a lo carb diet. She did kinda plateau with it a bit near the end, but it was a good workout for both of us either way. We finished that program up and now our daily workout is a hybrid of T25 with BodyBeast which seemed to break through the plateau. The strength portion seemed to be what she needed (and I wanted).
I've been eating low carb, lots of veggies and fruits and free range meat/dairy. I have moved on to the beta cycle and I love it so much more. I want to start riding my bike again, too.
If not covered in frosting, are you really living?
