Hello, for the last several weeks, I have been getting a weird error when I try to buy from a specific producer.

Namely, I get the "Sorry, but the charge didn't go through." error. when I hit "check out."

It does NOT go into the part where I can enter billing info, it simply says the charge didn't go through. Like, I can't enter or change any billing info.

But when I add a video from another producer, I CAN go enter billing info.

I don't usually want the other video, so I try like a dozen times over a few hours, and eventually I get the videos I want, but it's getting weird.

Hi, had this too, checked with the store on UMD and Epoch but both didn't notice any problems with my purchase/account.

I send Messmaster (UMD site admin) a dm and he solved it for me. So my suggestion would be to contact Messmaster, if he is not already working on it from reading this post. Also applies for others having the same problem (i see 2 loves).

Totally agree with the advice to DM Messmaster. He will do everything he possibly can to try and help
