I have been living in this house for 5 years now, but with some good luck and perhaps some good management my house has doubled in value and I am selling it. Buying an investment property in West Palm Beach, palm trees, turquoise water and sand, closer to Europe and some of the best flying in the world. I will still be in Austin for a few more years, Alas that means the Mud Pit that has featured in so many of my video's has been emptied and turned in to a Coy Pond for the new owners. I thought it poetic justice that Ivy help empty the pit as she was one of two models that actually filled it 4 years ago.

So here are a few camera phone shots of Ivy working her tits off, no glam, just Ivy as she looks on the street. Its extremely sad moment for me as some of my best memories are from this Mud pit, some of my best shoots too... Who knows, perhaps one day I will build another, but for now its gone for good.... I would like to say thanks to all those people who made my Mud Pit memories, great memories...

Norman we had many women dive in, its almost 5' deep at one end and when a liquid is as viscose as mud its no problem diving in, I believe Liz Ashley was the first to prove that!

I will be renting out the West Palm property for a few years as I still have work to do in Austin. Who knows maybe i will do a shoot in the great outdoor Mud Pits of Texas, as I know where they are, have not done that in years. But once I retire I will have the entire place in WPB remodeled and will build another Mud pit then. I may do one inside next time. As I will be in Florida I guarantee Kendra James will be filmed a lot, assuming she is still working in 4 years. Bob, make it a Jack and Coke and your on.

Hello, Phil. I guess it's true what they say, "where ever you go, there you are".

I never got to ask you how the heating system worked out. The clay sure looked good.

Yeah this clay was great for 4 years Doug. The heating worked very well, could have done with a bit more power, but on the whole it was a success. The only issue with solar is the Mud would heat up 5 deg during the day, but if the night air was cool, it would drop 8 deg overnight, so eventually the solar could not keep up with the heating.

As the heat was from underneath it also had a tendency to dry out the clay at the bottom of the pit, so while it was a great constancy for the first 18", the bottom 12" was so think some girls almost got stuck!!! It was great for bondage as I could just sink a couple of 20lb weights to the bottom and they would not move so there were a perfect tie down
