Thanks to Lenny for bringing this to my attention! Fun fact: IF you catch these shows as soon as they happen, you can often find them in VERY good quality. In this case.... Full 1080p 60ffs HD! Those roving lights still make everything look like s%^*, but fortunately the bulk of the hits (and aftermath) look amazing in this quality.
I edited out the guys, but left in the arguing. It's a bit pointless but there's some good pie aftermath amongst all the soap-opera BS.
I tried turning up the volume and using google translate mic but didn't get a translation. Anybody know what's up with the 2 girls angry at each other?
Nice compilation (edit) Rich...I love how the Salma Hayek look-alike (in yellow jumper outfit). after being pied with the ol' 'upward smear' technique, complains to the hostess that it's "OK to pie the face, but the hair, NO!"

Yes, I speak spanish... At the begining the host thinks that she was angry because she could breath, but then, the girl explained that the problem was she had pie on her hair, and she claims that this is unfair... then other models say that they have pie everywhere, including their hair... more or les is like this...
I wonder which recipe is that... it seems to me a kind of marshmallow... I searched it in internet but nothing came up... the stickyness is almost perfect...
WJ, you mean the Jessica Alba lookalike?? But I can see Salma Hayek too.
Moho, I'm fairly sure it's a whipped topping found in South America, as most of the Brazilian shows have a similar formula. (Along with quite a few "torta challenge" videos on YT.) They dye it different colors. It's apparently pretty sticky but washes off with water. The variations in pies seem to come down to how it's mixed (sometimes the pies are less gooey and more "flaky") as well as the temperature.
I experimented for a good long while to replicate the formula. I got pretty close with our Chega Mais parody in SS158, and since then I've kept that same formula.... Just changing the pie colors for different volumes. (Usually blue and white...)
FYI they did another one yesterday. In the process of editing that one too. Pies were more flaky (as I mentioned) but coverage was still quite good, and it was almost ALL female hits, which was nice. Downside was even MORE arguing, so very few actual pies got thrown....
The last time I saw the "what are the Brazilian pies made of" question, I did some cursory Googling and found this article. It features the host of Passa ou Repassa supposedly revealing the secret. It's in Portuguese, but I included the Google English translation. I cannot vouch for it's accuracy. The page also references a video (with a minor) where they make and try out the recipe. The results in that video didn't exactly match the show. Apparently, it can be finicky to make and is a little complicated, so maybe that accounts for the discrepancy.

THIS brought me out of lurking. Wow. GORGEOUS latinas having an unapologetic pie fight game on national TV. Great find thank you for the edit and for sharing.

First, are you using the Series Peruanas site to get the HD copies? I assume you are, but heads up if you're not, it might be another source.
Ok, that out of the way -- we are very lucky to see them do this twice (three times actually, they did it also on the 28th of Feb) in such a short time frame. Enjoy it now, because they do this in waves.
I'm great with this -- it's the best work they've done likely *ever* on this version of the show, the Peru one. In terms of the pies being thick and good, the girls not dabbing each other in the chin (they're going after each other for the most part) and even the fake drama -- that doesn't bother me. One, it's fake. I'm not upset in the slightest that they're acting like they don't enjoy this. It's an act. And when that act involves them complaining, without much in the way of wiping it away, that just means more aftermath -- something that has always been a problem with this show for years until now.
We're getting exponentially more after the hits with all the faux-drama, so don't knock it, I say.
Good to see Palmoa getting pies in the face again. Last time was half a decade back or so on the Combate, with shaving-cream type pies but for a time there she would completely ham it up and get covered. Looks like she's lost a little weight and got some work done on her breasts these days too, so no complaining there either.
I was particularly impressed that she's taken good hits all three times, clearly she's playing the role of the Clown, which is rare from a girl (much less a drop-dead gorgeous one), but both she and that thick Michelle Soifer girl were clearly last go-around told to "Go Long" and get super messy for their closing round antics, which they both did wonderfully well.
My guess is, this is scripted like wrestling, they're told to play a part or act up a rivalry and then they may or may not answer the questions legitimately (or for all we know they're pulling a Hillary and giving some players the questions ahead of time), but then act out the role they've been given, whether it's to complain, be aggressive, act sad, whatever...
... be glad they're playing up angry responses, not crying or other drama ones which might take away from the fun and make people not enjoy this (from a non-WAM perspective).
Overall: Let's be joyous here, this is good shit.
Thank you Rich for being on top of this, making the edited scenes for the community. Good man, as always.
Here's a youtube HD for the recent also very awesome pie fight game they did that Rich mentioned. Maybe someone wants to help out and rip these for the community?
We need to keep an eye out here. The thumbnails for the video were not revealing at all and they played this game both on Tuesday and Thursday, so we just need to review every episode for awhile. Good stuff!

So a few answers, etc.... --I used Series Peru for the previous clip, yes. They had full 1080p renders at 60ffs and the entire shows, so I assumed that was best quality (even if pulling them down is a pain in the ass). --BUT this is frustrating (in a good way).... The clips you linked are from EEG, and even though they're 720p, the render quality is much better. It's obvious they're the official source and SeriesPeru is going through another source where the stupid roving lights mess with the render, no matter how high the quality. (This isn't exactly technical, but you know what I mean.) SO I'd already made an edit of the 3-8-18 game.... but I'm gonna redo it again with this better source. So thanks for the tip! Hopefully the official channel keeps releasing clips. --The 2-28 bits are actually at the end of the clip I shared. The only good pie hits were short without much aftermath/drama, so it made no sense to make a totally separate clip. (I'm not a purist, I'd rather have one big clip than a ton of tiny ones.)
In short, I mostly agree with you. The drama limits the amount of pies, BUT since it's basically wrestling, they probably plan that in advance too, so we're not "losing" extra pies there. And there's nothing better than a hot Latina arguing furiously while still completely caked in pie. (Ask Barb from Chega Mais!) The blonde from 3-8 who doesn't bother to clean off for 5 minutes is gold.
And like you said, this might be all we get. Once they exhaust a game, it's a LONG time before it returns. On the plus side, it's fairly easy to spot the pie games as they run long and get covered on YT. (I spotted 3-8-18 from thumbnails when I was hunting for 3-6 clips, actually.)
Quick update after checking the EEG page: --3-9-18 did a similar game, but with "powder puffs." Not really my thing.
--The 3-6-18 game is uploaded in 5 parts. As I suspected, the quality is better than my clip.... BUT..... They screwed up, and Part 5 is just a repeat of Part 4. So we're missing the last part of the game (where Palmoa and Michelle smash each other well). FBOW the SeriesPeru version is still definitive, just by virtue of having the whole game.
--Hoping for more pie games next week, and for the IT guy at EEG to do his job a bit better.
I'd made a new thread about this but it was mostly ignored, I'll just bring updates here, should I find any.
Rich called it on the goofy youtube updates, this episode came a day late and for whatever reason after the Tuesday ep was already uploaded. Go figure. A couple great cakes in the face, though. Calling them cakes from here out, they seem to have eclipsed pies in terms of size and goo-factor.
A year ago, this show was repeatedly doing the game where the guys just sit there while the girls "ring in" to pie them mercilessly over and over. So be pleased.
They played another pie game yesterday, not up on Youtube yet. It was brief but there was at least one good hit, the very cute girl who kinda-sorta looks like that actress (which, the opinion varies), but she's a looker and she gets a good pie smeared all over her face.
Sadly, she does not complain about it. That's a good thing, folks. They complain, often without wiping much at all and we get a lot of good aftermath.
So, while we ride this current wave of good fortune out, one last note: These shows are extremely derivative of each other. If one show is doing a game, often the other copycat shows follow suit, so someone might want to keep an eye out on Combate and whatever other shows that copy this format are currently active (who is left? anyone know?)
I think the only other one to watch would be Combate. Unfortunately they're the one Latin American show that insists on using shaving cream pies.... Tends to kill whatever good might be in a pie game.
The other EEG (Panama?? Can't remember) does its own thing... I'm hoping they get back to pie games, the current trend is outside physical stuff.
How long you think we have for this EEG? Another week or so?

They can go a couple weeks, sometimes a couple of months. The current pie pace is pretty damn fast though, we've already had *two* pie games and that doesn't include Thursday (which probably won't, but who the F knows)
Here is yesterday's, just uploaded. Brief but one exceptional hit on a former Miss Peru, so I won't knock it. If the worst thing you can say is that you want more, that's not bad.
Enigmahood said: They can go a couple weeks, sometimes a couple of months. The current pie pace is pretty damn fast though, we've already had *two* pie games and that doesn't include Thursday (which probably won't, but who the F knows)
Hoping for months but we'll see. Years ago this particular EEG did the head-dunking games and there were a few EXCEPTIONAL female scenes.... That game lasted less than 2 weeks and has never returned since. (TTBOMK)
This is the 5th pie game so far? Second this week, two last week, one the week before that.
And yes, fake Jessica Alba took probably her best pieing to date in this one. Pity the lack of aftermath, looks like they had a short time window so they were speeding the game along (i.e. no teams watching, no arguing).
Entire show was pies, probably 7 or 8 great pies. Smearing, complaining, everything was fantastic. This is getting CM great. I still don't understand it. Hopefully the ratings are good.
Meanwhile Combate is a dance show. These shows did a complete reversal

That's the third pie game this week. I doubt we'll ever see this kind of week again!
The show itself: It was great but I don't quite think it lives up to the description of it, which would be "An hour-long pie fight with some of the most beautiful women on the planet".
Mostly good, with some great hits (poor whats-her-face Jessica Alba 2.0) but a couple Hrm moments, that being some of the girls decided to complain PRIOR to being caked, which is All of the Bad and None of the Good. Also, Jessica girl is too cool, if anyone should be complaining - it's her, given the way her main rival seems to relish in smearing cakes all over her face. When she finally broke, it was with the faux-"crying" and after she'd cleaned off, so no good for anybody there.
Overall, I think this is the first time in history where the girls got it beyond the guys and were pretty damn viscous and petty. Hope that keeps up, it's got to be better for ratings to have them pretend to be upset with each other... way better than the friendly pies to the fucking chin horseshit this show has done so much of in the past.
Agreed and yeah, for devoting so much time to pies the end result was "eh." Fake Jessica Alba is getting well destroyed tho.... Wish the camera angles were better.
They've seemed to change the formula permanently so the pies aren't too sticky. They leave a residue but wipe off pretty easy. You won't be seeing coverage like Alba's rival got last week (which was the first full-blown arguing we had). Still good, and I do understand the reasoning.
And yes, the girls are more vicious than the guys, which is nice to see. It also means we've moving into territory where there's a lot of flying hair and limbs while the pie hits themselves suffer....
Another shorter pie game on Monday 3/19/18. Only a couple hits but they were both quality. The girls were enthusiastic about being pied, which was odd almost how accepting and cool they were about it, dancing and such. One was begging to be additionally pied in her ass, after being pied in the face and chest. God bless whatever producer sat down with the cast and told them to dry their tears and act like they're having fun with this, because it's definitely to our personal benefit here.
The usual upload source from youtube is dragging ass. They still haven't uploaded last Thursday's hour-long pie game, so some of you may want to seek this one out elsewhere.
Finally, they uploaded the pie game from last Thursday. It was great, that blonde butterface with the great body really got ruined again and there were some other solid moments throughout.
Here is that short bit from yesterday. Sometimes when they're cut off like that, they re-start anew the following day. No idea what today's show might have had, I don't have live access there, but the way it's been going, this may not be the last pie in the face this week...
