Please help !! Webmaster dont reply to my Emails 👎


i just put the videos in my store. any trouble downloading woudl be something you need to take up with messmaster or an administrator because there are no problems with the links to the videos on my end.
you will have to contact someone from the umd. messmaster would be your best bet. t
sorry about the trouble but i have no control over that part of the purchasing!

Can you please fix the links for the downloads

It always says download ready in 1 second ! That is sure not right

I see where you are coming from with regards to your downloads, i suggest a private message (PM) to Messmaster. It may take a short while to get a reply but he will take care of it. A while back there was a techie problem with downloads and MM did everything he could to get mine sorted out before i left on a busines trip.

Of course i am basing this reply on your downloads coming from here on UMD, if it's external, i'm afraid you will have to wait until the site owner for those downloads can reply

Just checked and you messaged Messmaster less than 24 hours ago. I appreciate you're frustrated but please bear in mind he lives in a different time zone to you and he's keeping the whole site running pretty much single handedly with only a bit of help from moderators like myself. You also may have noticed from the sticky thread that the umd is currently being bombarded with what may be a malicious script so he will have that to contend with also. I have sent Messmaster a message myself to draw his attention to your problem and hopefully he will be in touch soon to get it resolved. All that considered could you please be patient and stop posting multiple threads on the forum.
