It's amazing to think this show was regularly producing decent WAM clips on a near-weekly basis just over a year ago. Hell, they produced a GREAT scene just three months ago. But they seem to be entering full-blown EEG territory lately... Might be time to get the gravestone ready.

Don't get me wrong: Last week's show was TERRIBLE. Chin pies, the once-great Kelly M covering her eyes like a 4-year-old, men missing 75% of the pie questions... And yet. STILL not as bad as this week, which produced zero (ZERO!!) worthwhile female clips.

Part of that is the now-common DL "bait and switch." Watch this promo and tell me if you would assume there would be a three-man team (Hawainos) vs. the female solo singer and another female duo:

But what we GOT was the Hawainos (now a 4-piece) versus... The female singer and three more guys??
I only assume the female duo cancelled once they heard there might be pies involved. And also, the hot female singer freaked out at the one (!!) pie she had to take, barely got a smidge on her nose, and then ducked her entire head well out of camera view.

But you already knew that.

Save the day once again, CM. On the plus side, less work for Rogerio. (Although there might be a lot of "Guy take pie from girl" clips to process.)
