So to be blunt - does anyone reading this have any mental heath issues?

I have BPD. For those that don't know, that stands for Borderline Personality Disorder. Typically it means lack of self confidence / self esteem, depression and anxiety issues. It can be very debilitating.

With me - on here - it manifests as being really outspoken... for a day.... then hiding behind an invisible accout for months.

I really want anyone who feels like this to know they're not alone. Also please feel free to DM me. I've dealt with this for 30 odd years - I might not know exactly what you're going through, but I promise I can empathise.
