Just to follow up on this-- she was pretty hot in this series. Always dressed nicely in power suits. Anyway, I have tried finding full episodes of this TV show (I am looking for a more high quality version of the scene) and all I found was this playlist on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSj6moQX2BM1QJ6n3JPbMLYIDverC555q None of those episodes have the pie scene. IMDB says there were 12 episodes, so it must be in one of the last 4 episodes.
I would be surprised if the full episode ever surfaces. When it aired, they showed 8 episodes before it was canceled and the other 4 were unaired. I guess the 8 on youtube are the ones they showed.
The network logo of this clip is from the australian Comedy Channel so maybe they bought the whole series including unaired episodes when they ran it. Unless another network or streaming service does the same thing, it may be lost.
Look on the bright side - great scene from an unaired episode of a short lived series, and at least we have the clip.
