What about a swimming race. Or a race while on a pool float?
Breath holding contest?
How fast one can fill a bucket while only using their shoes or boot.
Underwater obstacle course? Nothing crazy swim through a hoop? Or collect rings with a preset amount to them?
Of course this is a long shot but my absolute favorite idea is bring back the pool dunk tank seat and have the girls throw balls at each other. Or sit them up there dry and answer trivia questions.
That's all I've got for now.

How about a Bra Filling exercise, they keep their bra on, under their white top, white shirt, and get challenged to see what they can fit in, such as beans, pudding, chocolate etc
And the looser, has her bra cut off from under their shirt by the winner

A challenge where they have to do something, like sorting a tray of mixed up objects into piles of all-similar (little things like washers, screws, bolts, nuts, small tools - or even just coloured stones.
But all the time they are doing it, someone is spraying them from behind wth a hose-pipe or super-soaker, aimed squarely at their butt.
They also start off this challenge in a dry outfit, as the water is sprayed they get to feel their dry clothes soaking through from behind but can't move from their position until the task is completed.
Once they have completed the task they either walk into the pool or are pushed in by the hostess.
Optional extra: The hostess is also in a dry outfit. The winner of the challenge, still in her soaked clothes, then gets to drench the hostess, who has to stand still and accept her soaking (possibly turning round to have her back soaked once her front has been done).
The exciting bit of this is that the challenger has to just stand and allow herself to be soaked from behind while trying to focus on the task, when most people would naturally try and get away from the spray, so it mixes wetlook with "willing victim" status.

I like the ideas above, especially the dunk tank, bra filling, and sorting while being sprayed by the hose.
I'd also suggest doing the limbo (who can go lowest) in the shallow part of the pool or out of the pool after they are wet.
Or tossing water balloons back and forth, seeing who can catch them from the farthest distance without them breaking.
I also enjoy the swimming races on the mattresses that you've done before, but maybe this time you could have 2 girls on the same mattress at once, working as a team.

My thought is just slightly different!
I do like your vids, where girls agree to get wet for fun.
Just as they are, in their clothes.
So, I would suggest, why not just introduce the girls to the pool, and see what they do?
The prize goes to the girl who enjoys herself the most just getting wet!
