Hey guys. I'm just checking things out for the first time today and I see that since midnight we are not receiving the pings from Epoch to authorize your purchases, even when the purchase was successful.
I am communicating with Epoch to find out what the hell is up, and in the next few hours we will be manually activating your purchases. You don't need to contact me on this issue, but you can if you'd like.
Followup: I've authorized all purchases manually, so if you bought downloads today they are now in your My Purchases area.
While I work with Epoch to resolve the communication issue, I will continue to manually authorize purchases throughout the day, so they will not be available immediately. You'll still get your full 5-day window.

Actually this was totally my fault, and they've been responsive and helpful. The issue is resolved now. So... carry on :dunce:

It's not working for me. I made a purchase this morning and still nothing.
I'm sure Messmaster is working away to rectify the problems. Please try and be patient he's currently got an inbox of 200+ messages so it probably going to take him a while to get through them all & fix all the problems.

Hmm, apparently I blew it by taking the normal troubleshooting step of, place the same order a second time to see if it works. Any way to reverse the second charge?

Thanks bob. I am still manually authorizing purchases until we can get the link between Epoch and UMD up again. Sorry for the delays guys.

I have just ordered a $18.00 bundle package through one of the stores on here, i've got all the information about confirmation of purchase from Epoch but no download, and now i can't even find my purchase history on here. I've used the contact function, but sent it to the store instead of yourself. Please help? I'm going to be away for the next 7 days so won't have access to my PC or Internet

How long are people generally finding it is taking to get their purchases?
I bought Jayce's newest limited time pie video about 8 hours ago and am still waiting. I don't want to bother MM by sending a message until it has been overnight, but am wondering how long most people are finding it is taking.

I made the same purchase very early this morning. Was able to download about 10:30 am. I might have sneaked in a back way - if I can duplicate it I'll send the path to MM.

Yo! Instant delivery is back. We've figured it out and customers have been getting their purchases immediately for the past few hours. There is still a chunk of folks waiting on their stuff from earlier this evening, so I'm taking care of yall now, so give me a few more hours for that.
Anybody else having any issues or missing downloads, please hollar at me on inbox, on this forum, or whatever. Producers, if you have questions, you can hit me up too, because I know your sales stats have been wilin out with the delayed sales, refunds, etc.
