One of the best Marvel flicks so far. Might have laughed a little too loud at the "Ball-gag, brownie batter and clown porn" comment, but the best was the "Happy Thanksgiving!" scene. We were seeing it w/ friends, so all through that, Ms. Plonk kept staring straight ahead and thinking "..don't react, don't react, don't react..."
Having a secret deviant lifestyle is fun sometimes.
Glad someone started this thread. I collected comics in the early to mid 90's, all Marvel. Huge X-men fan, and Spiderman--I'd never heard of Deadpool, so I went to this flick not knowing what to expect. This film was a BLAST. Everyone in the theater was crying with laughter. Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. I went to a matinee alone on a whim. When I got home, I told my wife that if she wanted to see it, I'd go again with her. Not too many films would I see in the theater twice.
