Like whoring is so degrading.

That feels a little harsh IMO. Part of the fun of making and sharing content is anticipating the reaction it will get from people, otherwise no-one who wasn't a paid model would bother uploading videos at all. And if someone gets a kick out of handing a little of that control over to their audience, that seems fine to me.
