As a self-proclaimed advocate of Splosh! is was sad to hear that the links to the Splosh Forum website are now gone., and so ending the last links to Splosh!.
However, I will continue to keep the Splosh! era alive, as I believe this is an important part of the development of Wet and Messy as a genre. There are many people now, and more so in the future, that will not know of Splosh! and the impact it had on the WAM Community.
Splosh!, along with Messy Fun, Aquadisiacs and WSM Productions, in my opinion are the founders of Wet and Messy. Even to the point that Sploshing is now a recognised term for taking part in this type of fetish.
To many, their love of emptying the fridge on themselves, of throwing buckets of custard and porridge over their loved ones seemed more normal when they found Splosh! Magazine and they were not alone.
So now that the magazine is no more, the website is a memory, and the last remaining link to the forum now gone. The videos are no longer available (they do come up for sale on eBay and the like from time to time, but in general they are harder to find than rocking horse poo). It must be preserved what little there is left.
I will continue to be the Splosh advocate, and will post my year tribute to the Great man Bill Shipton.
I start will a selection of picture. There will be more.
You're ace for doing this. Sposh! was so, so important and ultimately, pivotal for many of us.
Remember vividly sitting in the barbers after school, idly flicking through an old copy of FHM in which there was an article about Splosh! and other than instantly being 'tingly' my ultimate emotion was relief. I looked, I read, and I was so happy to know in those pre-internet days that I wasn't alone. I wasn't weird. I wasn't some apprentice pervert.
I felt vindicated. I felt happy. All because of Splosh!
Long, long may itd name live on as a deserving pillar of this wonderful community.
Aw pics there , take me back to my first sighting of splosh in teh Sunday sport newspaper. It was an ad for pretty clumsy women with louise. Wow , I couldn't believe it ! There are videos ! I think I sent a cheque off to order it !!
Fuck , I'm old lol
Bill did a customer scene for me as well , just brilliant work. I do miss the great story lines and humiliation. Epic one liners too !

Yes I remember the advert for Pretty Clumsy Woman in the newspapers, I think the Daily Star had it as well, in classified pages, with the phone ads for hot and heavy, and catalogue ads for vibrators (apparently as headache and shoulder pain relief!!!!!).
Then ordering would be the high tech cheque or a postal order (a what???)
Then the wait for the VHS to arrive.
Oh the good ole days. Click a button and instant download, where's the fun in that
Thanks for your hard work in keeping Splosh alive on umd ! I love seeing your posts reminding me of when i found Splosh! Via an article in Mayfair! Then i ordered a sample copy! Making sure i got to opn the envelope before my mum by mistake ! Then finding WSM, and David Wilkey etc...
I don't think I've ever seen that Flanderella sequence before! Who's that in the black? What a stunning outfit she has on that equally stunning body! Love the way those glistening black tights are stretching between her thighs. I'm surprised nobody gave her a couple of sloppy pies - preferably up between her legs and on her arse. (I would! )
Yes - Splosh was superb, as was Bill's sense of humour.
Great pics LeRex. Keep them coming. Have you got issue 25 that has a segment called The Wedding? It has pictures that have a bridal party as well as a nurse and a maid all in the pool.
So much appreciation for this Lerex. Splosh is just the best. I recall discovering it mentioned in a lads mag in the 90's and being excited and slightly relieved to discover there were others who shared. Also interested to know the models in Flanderella...? Keep up the great work!

The lovely models are: Luna Winter & Louise "L'amour" Hodges

Ball-drainingly brilliant Le Rex. Those pics bring back lots of mucky memories. Sorry to hear the Splosh forum is gone - had some fun discussions on there.

OMG YES!!! So much this!!! Although I wasn't in the barber shop after school but in WH Smith or maybe John Menzies. Instant boingy tingles and yes that feeling of relief!!
Later found a copy of Splosh No 34 in a Newsagents and in the back it told me where I could get more
Absolutely fantastic LeRex! I remember first seeing splosh in the 1990's and actually buying a copy. It was amazing to see a magazine dedicated to sexy women in messy slapstick. I did once even get to meet bill at the studio when I collected some VHS videos, those were days! Pretty clumsy woman and messy wedding, which were replayed played many times.
I did have nearly all the magazines and unfortunately lost a many of them in a house move. I've replaced a few but just cant find Splosh 33 with the bridesmaids paint fight with Jo Blanch - one of my favourite scenes.

The magazines are now sadly virtually extinct.
Thank you very much, I so glad its brought back some good memories.
Yes, I agree the Bridesmaid set in issue 33 with Jo Bache and Vicki Ford was amazing, lots of mess, custard, chocolate, pies, paint, some great pie sandwiches and absolutely trashed bridesmaids dresses. Super stuff and really shows the true Splosh style.
I'd also like to thank the other who have replied as well.
My first moment of not feeling alone came when I saw "Pie Face Mike" on the Jenny Jones Show. I couldn't believe it. That made me eventually come out of the "Pie Closet" to my then girlfriend. We were on vacation in California and I went to a Fetish shop in San Francisco called Stormy Leather. I bought a bunch of Skin Two and O magazines. Lo and behold if there wasn't advertisements for Pie Face Mike in the back of the Skin Two magazines... and on the same page was a advertisement for some magazine called SPLOSH! and a caption of "We Flan a Heavy Metal Molly" I didn't know what to make of it at first....if it was for real or not, but it let me know that Mike and I weren't the only two guys on the planet who were turned on by being hit in the face with Pies. Eventually I got a subscription and SPLOSH opened up a whole new world for me. Bill and I would take jabs at each other in the comments (all in good fun of course) and Haley and I would write each other fantasy letters about being Pied in Rubber and PVC. I would like to think that I was partially responsible for the inspiration to create the "Mad Macs" portion of the SPLOSH website. I hate that Bill is gone and I am sad that Haley has all but disappeared. I have such fond and good memories from that time in my life. Haley once asked if I could throw a few dollars her way so she could get a Rubber Navel uniform! I agreed!!! One of my fantasy stories to her was about the two of us on a ship and I was Captain and she was my co-captain and our uniforms were Rubber and we were in rough seas pratt falling into Cakes and tripping and stumbling, trying to carry Cream Pies about only to wind up hitting each other in the face with them.
Loving these Splosh memories- simpler, happier, gungier times! Does anyone have a copy of Splosh #40? - or it might have been #38? - I'm on the hunt for some photos in the 'sploshers wives' section- photos that me and my significant other sent into Splosh. It was a moment of real excitement when Bill published our photos! The pics are long since lost, along with our copy of the magazine. The photos included some in a schoolgirl outfit, and some in clubbing gear. Can't remember the false name we gave- potentially Lucy? - If anyone can track these photos down, it would make my day / week / year!
