Right, but WAM producers aren't the same thing as, say, Hollywood studios. An actress... or director.... or even the head of the company... could retire or die, but you can still purchase their films unless they go OOP. The rights are owned by big corporations and get bought and sold, which is why a very old film like Citizen Kane or Gone With The Wind is still easily available now.
Clown Julie basically made her own scenes and sold them herself. She wasn't just a WAM model who shot for a producer, who can keep selling the scenes even after she retires. Once she left the community, her clips left with her, and no one else can sell you a DVD without violating her copyright.
She *might* have shot a couple scenes for Splosh! that could still be available through them, but it's a long shot. The DVD I have of some (not all) of her clips came from her directly.

Splosh! was run by Bill Shipton who has of course passed away. His family wanted all his stuff pulled following the death so Splosh! is no longer selling anything. Soundguy was running the store and gave everyone plenty of notice then a month to buy anything they wanted before it all got pulled.
Anyway in short, Splosh! stuff is no longer available
Just to echo what others have said: Yes, you certainly can't find Julie's material on DVD today. Some of her new (and old) clips were previously sold as downloads via Splosh!'s Vidown stores, but no longer. However, I remember that somehow one of the Wamtec/TZmodels affiliated Vidown stores were selling clips from her earlier video (the one Aquatapes sold FOREVER ago, I believe Lenny and/or Wamtec got the option to distribute it), albeit with odd editing and poor (iPod Video quality) resolution. Not sure if those are still available (SHOULD they even be available in the first place? Hadn't thought about that until recently...).
Julie is still around, however, albeit not active in making videos anymore! She's busy with life, but pops in every so often. You could always send her a message if you're interested on her older shoots. I had been in contact with her over the last couple years seeing if I could acquire them as well; the last update, from some months ago, was that she has old physical copies of her shoots but hasn't the equipment and time needed to make them available on her own. I haven't followed up since, but I ought to.
I spoke to Julie a while back and she wasn't feeling too good. She also felt she didn't want to do more WAM work. She was saying the films that looked like her own films were often funded by Bill and then later it became more formally actual splosh films. The film she made with Miss Jones is still available here: http://www.missjones2000.com/index.php?setID=V05 As Candy says anything else made by Splosh on download would be pirated and breach copyright. The only Splosh stuff that can be sold is secondhand Splosh branded DVD's/Video's/Magazines.
