I had somehow not paid enough attention to this substance which is popular in many Japanese videos. They call it 'lotion' but to me it's clear slime. It's slippery, stretchy, and gooey. I like that you can see through it, because a woman can be covered in it, yet you can still see the details of her body or clothing.
