I want to fill a bathtub with enough cake batter to submerge myself, and I'm worried about how I would clean this up. I want to be able to use buckets to get rid of the batter through the toilet, but I'd need to clean myself up first. How can I do this with the bathtub full of batter?? Or is there another way to do it?

Not sure what your drain situation is , but I have never had any issues with it going down the drain. granted that would be a lot of cake batter but with some water it will thin out it should just go down the drain. Using buckets to help the process would also speed it up. Just pull out the stopper and run the water for a minute heck you could even stand there and shower too if you careful not to slip. Cake batter is water soluble so it will thin out with water.
Okay I'll try diluting it and washing it down the drain. I've always been scared it will clog the drain, but I have no basis for this assumption. If this doesn't work I'll try another suggestion next time
After you've drained it, flush a good amount of water through just to make sure the pipes are cleared, I'd suggest just open the cold tap all the way and let it run for fifteen minutes or so. Then put the plug in, let the bath fill, and then pull the plug. That should clear anything remaining.
Plus as suggested above, bucket the worst of it down the toilet (with plenty of flushes) first, just put a dust sheet and towels down to protect the floor.
Maybe keep some liquid dish soap (like you use for washing dishes in the sink) handy - squirt in and stir up as you're washing everything down. This will help break up oils which can contribute to "fatbergs" in the plumbing.
