I'm posting this on the messy Forum, as I believe this is the right place to put this to announce the following news regarding Chantelle, as this is where she was most commonly seen.

Most of you will know me as the person working in the background for many years on Chantelle's profile.
Unfortunately, Chantelle and I are no longer a partnership, either personally or professionally on here and therefore I have had to take down the majority of the scenes that were recorded edited and put up for sale by myself as Copyright law states that they are the majority ownership of the person that recorded them.
Unfortunately, these scenes will no longer be for sale on this profile or others, as I do not want to benefit from these scenes as all previous funds went directly to Chantelle so I do apologise if anyone had intended downloading any of them in the future.
I did try to come to an arrangement with Chantelle, but unfortunately another party got involved and started issuing threats of copyright ownership so therefore I've now taken all my work off the site.
I've also at the moment, hidden all the other files that belong to Chantelle and she can reactivate them If she feels fit. I've done this for the reason of security as Chantelle has actually never physically had anything to do with the site in person and was just the model and the name on the profile.

Moving forward I will be starting to film new scenes with new models for the future and will continue production with some fresh new faces and ideas.
The studio itself is still fully open for business so if you wish to hire for either Messy or Dungeon use, then please do contact me directly & I would be more than happy to help.
New scenes will be available very soon. I'm just sorting out the final bits before I start to upload my own content to this page along with new stuff over the coming months.

I know Chantelle would like to thank you all for all the support you've given her over the years, & I would like to thank you for the custom ideas that I have ran through with many of you as well.
Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and it's very sad to say that this is the only outcome that in the end was achievable in the end.

I regret that all this is happening among people I've known since forever, but I'll continue to help mediate between you two in the background as best I can. I see that a ton of content has been deleted. I'll get to your messages as soon as I can.

Note that a couple of weeks ago I was informed that Chantelle would no longer be running her account, and that only her partner DazUK would be in control of it it going forward, so at that time I removed moderator abilities from that account as they were only supposed to be for Chantelle (she's the one who is actually verified, etc). Since Chantelle had previously allowed Dazuk access to the account, I cannot 100% guarantee every interaction with that account was from Chantelle lately (even inbox messages they've sent me). If Dazuk ever sent messages on behalf of Chantelle in capacity as a moderator, that was not condoned and I was not aware of it, nor the fact that he was sharing the account at all. I am in the process of reviewing any past moderator actions from the account.

I am checking on this. If any user shares access to their account, they are taking responsibility for every action that person takes. That's acceptable for a regular user account as business relationships change constantly, but it's not OK to be speaking on behalf of a moderator as if you are them.

That is a massive and monumental breach of trust, as @FloraFrench mentions, she shared intimate personal things thinking she was having a woman-to-woman conversation but she was actually talking to a bloke?

I think we need a new rule in the ToS that if an account has a woman's identity, only that woman may post or otherwise interact from it, and that if another person ever posts from the same account for any reason, they must make absolutely clear who they are, in each and every post or message they make. This isn't the first time people who thought they were talking to a woman found they weren't, and while I realise it's something that impossible to directly police, it definitely should carry weight in terms of moderation and policy etc, whenever falsehoods come to light.

There's also issues of unfair commercial advantage, a female-operated account gets way more interaction and response than a neutral or male one. Which is fair enough if it really is a woman operating it, that's just how the world works. But for a male operator to secretly take advantage of that and exploit unwitting users - especially if any form of "sexy chat" happens - is fundamentally wrong in my view.

From what I understand, Chantelle was in control of the profile, especially when she was a mod, and allowed access by her business partner. Any sharing of an account password, for business reasons or communication, is acceptable as there are a lot of businesses that are run that way. The original account holder is still responsible for all actions they permit anyone else to do. But it's different if you are a mod and you leave the account to someone else and they use it as if they were really you. I'm not accusing anyone of anything malicious but I'm getting to the bottom of if and when Chantelle stopped actually being her.


When I redo the gender/sex prefs, I plan to introduce an option to identify as a business entity. Right now there is no such option so people just choose the identity of the profile's "likeness." The TOS will be updated at that time to mandate that people must post as the gender/sex that they actually are, or else select that it's run as a business. I also have some updates coming to the TOS regarding moderator accounts.


Your'e absolutely right. No social media platform would consider it feasible to even try and enforce "you are the gender that you say you are." No site that I know of but the UMD even implies such a guarantee. There's no way to check all users for it, and challenging people on their gender always leads to resentment and accusations of homophobia. We have existing rules about impersonation that do cover this, but they may well be expanded to include otherwise legit transfer of accounts.


Having a "business" option for the gender will give people the option of not choosing a gender, which should hopefully.

I think that accounts should only be used by the people claiming to be the owner where models and businesses are concerned. While it might be more of a hassle, with a business account, the name should be related to the business and let the individuals have their own account. Some of this smells like the Messy Jessie situation where her partner was using her account and communicating as if they were her. I would hope that the nothing physically comment was referring to managing the business and not the account itself.

I never gave user profiles the option to identify an account as a business, so people would just choose whatever gender worked with the likeness of the account. (It's not always malicious though.) I'll be tightening up on that in the coming months and offering new options for couples and businesses. The Messy Jessie situation was outright fraud as they were gaming the system to win Wammer of the Day and straight-up faking who was using the account, and I don't believe this is anything like that.

I, too, find this incredibly disturbing. Never mind from a moderator standpoint but as a producer standpoint, models need to have full disclosure of who they are talking to. If it's a couple sharing an account, fine but that needs to be clearly stated on their profile

During the Leon scenario I was communicating with Chantelle in her role as a mod. I've just looked and within those conversations the Chantelle said she was concerned 'as a woman' about the Leon situation. So obviously I thought I was talking to Chantelle herself. Can I just ask whether the ex partner above,who has only posted once in 25 years before today's post was in fact answering as Chantelle sometimes or all the time if Chantelle has nothing to do with the business. If I've misunderstood the post no problem but thats how it reads.

The other part of that situation is what seems to apply here as I mentioned in my post. Not the gaming the system, pretending winners of contests etc. etc. But that someone other than Messy Jessie actively used and replied to the account.

Which to me is problematic. If I did a Twitter poll right now, I can just about promise everyone that an overwhelming majority of models would be freaked the fuck out over an instance like this and for very justifiable reasons. A model isn't going to divulge certain aspects of their lives to a male producer because we are FREAKING MEN! It's just not expected of us to have or possess the same level of empathy a woman will have to the nuances of their lives or concerns.

A female producer/model is going to have a certain level of trust out of the gate because there is an expected level of understanding that they are going to have over their male counterparts, and understandably so. As a whole, men are not exactly known for their subtlety. This isn't to say a man can't have these attributes or learn them but we are dealing with the adult entertainment industry here. That quality is far and few between.

Do I think this was done out of maliciousness? Not really but I do find it alarming that a profile could have mod privileges in addition to a female identity speaking in close detail with models and their personal details, for as long as this relationship was in existence and even upper management wasn't really aware of it.

From what I can see, he never outright lied about who he was like in the Jessie situation (that was a whole premeditated mess), but I'm not sure he made every attempt to make sure people knew it was him writing, nor at what point it may have started to be him. I can't comment on the deliberateness of anything but he has the floor if he wants to explain

Not related to "Daz"/Chantelle at all, but there is a Twitter account for a different female model, where it turns out the model's partner is the one operating it, posing as her to obtain work and book "collaborations" for her.

Let's remember that Twitter doesn't even have a policy on truth in gender nor do they care who actually logs in and uses the account (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't know of any other site that even cares about these things. We care but we aren't privy to the evolving relationships of everybody on the site, even moderators. But if he was writing AS Chantelle then this should probably come under umbrella of impersonation.

We are talking about taking a poll of women of who I have actually worked with over the years, built trust and we actually know each other on a personal level (Even had their husbands and Boyfriends on set for some shoots).

This has nothing to do with any existent or nonexistent gender policy of Twitter. Just enforcing the fact that a majority of female performers would be either freaked out or absolutely bullshit over such a revelation and can you blame them?

I didn't mean to blame them! They should have that reaction of course and I'm sorry if I sounded defensive, but I'm only trying to make it clear that as a policy, UMD does not put up with users using accounts to fake who they are... but we can't always tell when that's happening.

No, we're good. I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page here. Like, I get to Dazuk, this is just a simple announcement but I can literally hear the screaming inside the head of every model who messaged Chantelle thinking they were talking to her and not him. He needs to kinda explain this out because right now it doesn't look too professional.

To be fair, according to Chantelle, he has been on site to all the shoots but this is assuming it was Chantelle and not him. That's the problem. Everything is suspect because of this


Edit: one alarming thing crossed my mind though. WamChantelle is a verified user. So her ID had to be uploaded at some point, right?

I will totally own that I think everyone here has been caught off guard by this. I think that considering the messages concerning Flora's communication, a thorough investigation is warranted comparing grammar etc like it appears SploshyDan did.

Messmaster has gone to great lengths in the past to prove who was talking when in cases where impersonations were concerned. It might take some time, but in the end the truth always comes out.

I agree. I've already been asking him for a timeline of how it all went down, and a public response would be appreciated. I am also trying to get in touch with the "real" Chantelle because every account is ultimately the responsibility of the original account holder, even if they allow access to someone else.


Yes but there was never a policy that said you could not allow access to your account by a significant other or business associate. All verification does is assign responsibility of whatever happens on the account to the person who was verified for it. It's not feasible to try and enforce a single-user policy for every account, but it makes sense to require it for moderator accounts. I've updated the TOS for this.

When the new business distinction comes about, I would like to put in a request that business accounts are not allowed to be moderators. That all businesses need to have a business account for strictly business and that they make a personal account for chatting with people casually non-business related.

Not a bad idea actually. I know FB does the same with business listings. I have my business entity and then my personal page. Same login but two completely different identities when it comes how I engage with my clients

The business setting would be used instead of a gender. If posts by the account will be done by multiple people then a single gender setting doesn't really apply and they should use the business or partners setting instead. Such an account wouldn't be considered to be a moderator since we wouldn't know who's doing the posting at any given time.

I know this would probably be harder to build into the site but rather than creating "business" gender tagging would it not be better to allow store owners to add business partners to their storefront etc and maybe give each store a shared mailbox for business purposes and then keep each individual user's account for their own personal use?
Not wanting to cause more work than is necessary but I can't see any other viable option to give user clarity on who it is they're talking to. Anything short of this would just encourage more of the same issues recurring

One more thought from me - whilst I agree this is not wam related I feel the non-wam/off-topic threads inherently get less attention and this thread deserves to be seen by as many as possible. Would suggest it is moved back to the female messy forum for transparency and awareness of all users

I would just like to clarify before the witchhunt goes on and it becomes a never ending. He said she said that both myself and Chantelle ran her page.
By this and I would define the word ran Chantelle. Unfortunately is computer illiterate she is the model and star of her page, and we were due to be married, unfortunately things have changed and we are no longer looking to pursue that side of our relationship.
Up until two days ago, we were still sitting down together, trying to come to an agreement for Chantelle to keep all video files on her site that had been filmed produced edited by myself.
This meant that any questions that were asked or personal messages that we felt relevant for one of us to answer would've been answered by the person who signed off, but it would've meant that whatever Chantelle's feelings were at the time were dictated and I would type them as we were a team, and as a result, feel that between the both of us, we always gave a non-biased fear and opinionated answer.

So those trying to hang one or both of after 25 years of being here, may want to look back at some of the messages and realise that when we did message it was a joint statement or answer from both of us.
Between us, we went through the whole Leon situation and dealt with that as we were the first mods on that day and was hit with that full on.
Between the two of us, we have done the best we can in the eight years that we have been running this site together, and would like to inform you that this goes on a hell of a lot more than you seem to realise.
I know of at least five other profiles were one is in charge of the running of the day-to-day site and answering questions and the other is the face you will see, but it's called teamwork. It can't be done on its own because there is too much to do when trying to run a daily life, kids jobs, normal house stuff and coming on the site to answer questions, edit videos film videos and everything else involved.
So before you start looking for scapegoat, I suggest some of those that we have helped in the past together or not may want to actually join the conversation because I believe there are just a few people on here, they are looking to hang another producer out to draw.
Unfortunately, Chantelle and I are now finished, and I was prepared to let her have full access to all videos, but unfortunately she got back involved with her old producer who sold her out about 10 years ago and sold all of her videos to a producer who will remain blameless who took my property, put his watermark across the top of every video and sold them as his own so if you have trust issues, it's going to be now with the new person who wants to take over our account who screwed her over before hence why I removed everything as I don't want my films, featuring Eva Chantelle or others to be distributed across other sites just for his own purpose.
It would not be fair on Chantelle or others who she has worked with, and therefore this is the last I'm going to mention of it.
So to be clear, we did this together as a couple and answered questions together. Give a non-biased opinion if you want to hang me out to dry then that's fair enough, but in the majority of cases of people we have helped we were very straightforward and even Derek has confirmed this that we were hiding nothing.

I have been transparent in all of my correspondence over the last few days and years, and if you decide that that's not enough, you may as well start waving goodbye to some very high profile, producers here who are doing exactly the same thing because it's called teamwork and that's how we do it

I would just like to point out I have tried to message your wife directly. Unfortunately I can't do that without being friends and don't think she would accept my friend request, but I can assure you the delay in getting back to her with her message. Reply was due to the fact that I felt that Chantelle needed to answer it
So just want to clarify, the message was answered by Chantelle, but due to being computer illiterate, Chantelle dictated to me what she wanted to say and I typed it out only three evenings ago, so I can assure you any answers of a sensitive nature were handled by her, but typed up by me as I stated in my previous post above we worked as a team for many years and up until three days ago. We're still trying to work out out to keep Chantelle's profile on here to allow her to enjoy the benefits. She has had and allow others to still enjoy her work , so please pass this on to your wife and let her know that it was a genuine answer from Chantelle.
Unfortunately she hasn't replied on here for the exact reason like I was just saying she doesn't use a computer. Therefore her site was pretty much stripped of all videos yesterday by myself after her old producer started trying to get involved and that would not benefit anyone.
If your wife feels upset I do apologise but can assure you there was not any point. Any attempt to mislead her in anyway.

Whilst I totally understand that you were there to help Chantelle, the mod role was never yours in the first place. This meant that you were privy to confidential information and potentially could have dismissed reports on your own user profile or made reports from your own profile and then used your access under Chantelle's accounts to be able to take action on your own reports. As MM has clarified above the mod role was Chantelle's and hers only and you must be able to see why there is such outcry from the UMD?!


There is obviously a difference between a business account being used like this and a moderator account being used like this. Are any of those other 5 you are aware of moderators or not? If so, I would suggest you flag this to MM in case he is not already aware, if not then as MM has already clarified there is a distinction between the two.


Are you able to directly address and confirm that you disclosed you were messaging Flora as DazUk when you recommended yourself as a producer to her from Chantelle's account as claimed above? Or did you fail to disclose this and therefore contradict yourself about being transparent


I think the issue here is not about teamwork but improving the way in which teamwork is disclosed across the site. It would of course be a shame to lose some big name producers but with being a producer and verifying your account there is an implied position of responsibility which in this case, at face value, seems to have not been fully disclosed. I think this is a big lesson for all involved including MM and others who are following a similar practice

I can understand somewhat that Chantelle may have needed help with running the store etc as that obviously requires a more in depth literacy of computers. However I'm struggling to understand how that translates to someone not being able to press keys on a keyboard in the desired order to form a message. Obviously I don't fully understand the circumstances but I do find this very difficult to believe coming from someone who is already on the back foot.
Also, given the number of accessibility tools available today on almost every electronic device, if Chantelle is genuinely as computer illiterate as you claim then you could have helped her with using some form of speech to text tool and allowed her to reply on her own

One further question I have Daz - did Chantelle handle her own Kik account or was that you replying on her behalf there too and further misleading people?
If it was Chantelle then I can't see how she is unable to respond on her own here too?
