Ok not your normal run of the mill question but i agree but, are there any health risks or issues with cake sitting whilst naked?

Only if it's a birthday cake and you've not blown out the candles.

I can imagine there'd be problems if you were gluten intolerant

I've sat on hundreds of cakes naked, and never had a problem.

Doing it in public, say at a family birthday party or a friend's wedding, might present some health risks Otherwise no!
