So here's something to search for, even though the results are usually disappointing. At its best, a "cake dive" is gonna have multiple brides-to-be shoving their faces into a big ol' cake to find "diamond rings" or whatever. In reality... A lot of these cake dives let the contestants use their hands. Or the cake doesn't provide much coverage. Or (most frustrating) there IS good coverage but the camera work sucks.
I found a really good one from Oklahoma City in 2 versions. The HD version has better quality, the lo-res one is a better angle. (That one brunette just THROWS herself into the cake, over and over. Kinda awesome.) Also found another with some great coverage but, again, terrible camera work.
CreamSi said: There was a cake dive of sorts on WWE Raw last night with Lana's face ending up in a wedding cake )knew it was coming but who cares) bit of aftermath can be seen not the greatest messy thing they've done but was quite good
That's actually what prompted this, kind of. But in fairness, Lana's was a "cake FALL" (and staged, as these things usually are). A "cake SMASH" usually means the person getting their face shoved in a cake, usually on their birthday, usually in a Hispanic country. A "cake DIVE" is a new term to me, but basically it's similar to those "bobbing for..." games (the greatest being the "Dip Head" stunt from IBYW)... In that it's not staged, and it's multiple people (almost always women) shoving their faces into a cake (no hands) to find some kind of buried... something.
