Does anybody remember those Blue Leopard Media pie videos? I remember there being a couple trailers on YouTube back in the day but I don't recall them having a website. There was a fortune teller one, a hippie one, a 007 spoof, an Elvira spoof and maybe one or two others. I think there was even a volume with a BBW lady who won a butt contest or something. Does anyone know if Blue Leopard is still up and running?
Interesting. I remember them well. Blue Leopard are asked about a lot. It's funny how some things just capture people's imagination - yet they only made half a dozen films. There was a long series of teasers. Maybe this added to the mystique.
Great to see they are available - although only for Amazon members in the USA.

Fantastic...I doubt I'll have any luck in Canada then
Please note: These Blue Leopard videos are not available to watch on Amazon even for us Prime members in the U.S. The link above just leads to empty placemarkers for videos that haven't been available to purchase or steam for roughly a decade!
Similarly, another oft-lamented short-lived WAM producer, PieJinx, briefly had some videos available on Amazon. These have been gone even longer, but at least one placeholder remains on the site for them too:

I've told this story a couple times, but just to provide context: BlueLeopard was really about the presentation. The DVD, the packaging, making sure people watched the entire scene like a short film, and so on. It was pretty admirable. But he started shooting when downloads were taking off and DVD sales were cratering, and he refused to open a DL Store. (I'm not sure UMD had one yet, so barrier to entry was higher then.)
ANYWAY. I spoke to him a bit, and his frustration at the lack of sales is what led him to close up shop. In hindsight, if he'd waited a couple years, highspeed DSL would've allowed him to sell full 30-40 minute downloads and basically preserved his aesthetic, but his timing was just a little off. Pretty sure he quit the community completely, as none of those DVDs have ever been made available to stream or download since.
PieJinx was a similar story--lack of sales--but for the opposite reason: The videos were too short. Again, he'd be perfectly fine now (perhaps using the same business model as SlimedModels with quick 2-5 minute clips from one angle), but the market just wasn't there in 2011. Also, he definitely left WAM for personal reasons, because he pulled down ALL his downloads at once and, in one of our last convos, asked me to let him know if anything showed up on YouTube. So while a lot of the PJ stuff is quite good, I think it's best to respect his wishes and NOT recirculate any of those clips. (Understanding that YouTube remains a no-man's land for copyright violations...)

As far as BLM goes, I seem to remember he left because some people around here were insulting the way one of his models looked.

I was able to speak to PieJinx shortly after he closed up shop, and managed to buy several of his scenes on a disc. Was well worth the money, as I liked what he did, and he had some very cute models. Also, before someone sends me a private message, no, I won't share it, copy it, or upload it somewhere.

That may have been true for when he started out, but before he quit he definitely had downloads for sale somewhere. I know because I bought some of them! They weren't the full videos you describe being on the DVDs, they were whittled down to more or less just the messy scenes (and maybe not even all of them, I can't be sure since I haven't seen the full versions that were only available on DVD.)
All of the videos that I got from Blue Leopard via his short-lived download store were great, but certainly the standout for me was Ruby Diamond. If anybody wants to see a shitload of vidcaps from that one, check out this thread:
Here's are two more PieJinx product pages still up on Amazon, despite the fact that these DVDs haven't been available to actually buy there for at least a decade:
