So, as you all know it's the big birthday year for the umd. Messmaster is throwing a birthday party over in Vegas, which loads are attending, which will be awesome!!
With Messmaster's backing we were just wondering if anyone would fancy coming to ours for a birthday bash later in the year? September or October? A vanilla pub meet and then the next day a messy show and potential play at our studio? A couple of other Uk based producers have offered to help us plan, which is amazing, but ultimately would you want to come?
Attached is a pic, that kind of shows off the studio space...
Well, I think you just might have won the internet with that idea, to be honest sounds like a great idea and can't think of know one better to host it, so it gets a big thumbs up from me.
If you do this, I have a wacky idea of what you can do:
Since you're English, have the American/Canadian/etc. fans who show up attempt their best English accent. The ones who fail get messy; the ones who successfully pull it off can be clean.
Think you will have a lot of interest in this. I would definitely attend so long as I can get the time off work. Would be awesome to visit your studios and watch a live show.
Hmmmm, I remember the last moomin party. I was scarred!. That was in the Moomin studio v1. When you rigged Kerplunk against me and she who must not be mentioned!
In the process of getting new passport. To soon to give definite answer, but I give a promise to give it the ole college try. Already have a trip to Canada at Christmas, we Yanks don't get 6 weeks vacation. Not that I have a job to ask, I am just in the mood to make a completely pointless complaint. My last visit to the UK was just around the time the legendary Bill Shripton (hope I spilled right) was organizing his early adventures. Wish there had been an internet back then, I would have brought along his US doppelganger. Pretty sure my guy and Bill would have moved in with each other.

You think you missed out, those early Splosh get togethers actually happened in my home town, they hired one of the local hotels and organised loads of wet and messy activities. I knew nothing about it!
In fact I didn't even know back then that others shared my unusual interest in wet and messy girls. If I'd have known about it and met some of the early pioneers who attended, perhaps my WAM career would have started when I was a lot younger.

Oh well.
Everything for a reason though. Maybe you wouldn't have met Lisa, maybe you wouldn't have ended up running such an awesome website etc.

But then maybe I would've met Lisa instead...! Yes, we're definitely in one of the bad timelines here.

I think you've probably made up for it since
I'm definitely interested but it would depend on being able to sort a few things at this end.
Of course I'd love to attend! I might have to be more of a helper than a participant though (Lisa might have missed the chance to get me!) Emily is probably already working on revenge for the Numerically Challenged customs! (& I'm lining up part three!)
