. She would have passed (and did pass) any onboarding test. I have no function that can detect if they eventually let somebody else log in using their computer or reply to a message as them, nor do I sit and read every interaction. Moderators are not employees where I do a background check or call for an interview. E.g. if somebody right now wants start a Group, I'll hook it up for them and the'll instantly be a moderator. While mods are indispensable here and have earned their own respect, I think most people have an incorrect idea of what their abilities are and what their connection to the site is.
