Blowing my own horn here, but I've gotta go with one I administered myself to my friend. I faked her out on a 3, 2, 1, then said 3, and pied her when she didn't expect it. The little scream afterwards was lovely.
Ok, so my favorite isn't from a producer. It was the surprise my wife gave me just before the new year festivities. She bought an extra pie and didn't tell me until she asked me to smash into her chest. Usually her idea of pies is one real one (sat on) and the rest is pudding and whipped cream on paper plates.

I know you said you were going to start doing this too: Pies at the end of the Messy Cum site shoots. Add a couple of Mr MG thrown pies in the face there and you would make me a very happy person.
Here's a few of mine from two separate shoots last year. Just love how the pics came out. Really happy with teh foam consistency too, added some water for extra sloppiness ! I managed to get that you just bloody dare push that pie in my face look ! Lol Enjoy guys and happy new year
