Bella Rose begins with a poolside runway walk, wearing a skintoned sparkly dress and heels. After showing off her outfit along the pool's edge, she steps into the water halfway before getting back out. A moment later, she returns to the pool and this time goes in completely, dunking underwater and soaking her hair.

She swims across the pool underwater, surfaces on the opposite side, and climbs out again. She then walks back to the starting side, re-enters the pool, and dunks under once more. Afterward, she floats on her back briefly, then gets out and jumps back in from the side.

She performs an underwater handstand and continues enjoying herself for the rest of the clip--jumping in, swimming underwater, doing more handstands, and playing around in the pool.

At the end, she does another walk to show off her wet outfit.
