I browse this site in a chrome incognito window on my phone and the past couple of times the page has loaded then I've been redirected away to some shady porn site that won't let me close the window and return.

I don't think my phone is infected, it's as if there's a rogue ad that's dropping a redirect script. Has this happened to anyone else?

Literally just happened as soon as I logged in. It redirects me to chaturbate more often than not.

I'm getting reports today and yesterday about this. I assure you that UMD has not implemented any pop-ups, redirects, or spam. I'm looking into it now.

Thanks for checking it. I also had a few a those. Sometimes my Android can block it, other times it can not.

Going over everything on UMD now with our security company. If anybody else has any problems, please inbox me directly so I can investigate.

Just saw one on my login just now.

I had some yesterday and today.

I keep getting scammy/virusy-looking popunders, usually the first time I click any link on a forum page on my first visit of the day. I'm usually on my Android phone. I googled the issue and the results seemed to indicate it might be malware on my end, but Malwarebytes didn't find any, I've always had Avast, and I never download apps from anywhere other than the Google play store. Since others seem to be having a similar issue I think it must be on your end MM.

I have seen this too, watch your cursor if you mouse over an ad you cant see it will still change. Very sneaky little suckers are doing that with blank ads that take you to shady porn sites , the add script doesn't know that there bad or redirects. They could also be adds that are have improper pictures or gifs attached to them so you don't see then and accidentally click it.

Ive been getting these randomly when browsing via iPhone too. Seems like potential injected code from some sort of compromise :-(

Admitedly, I don't use UMD on my phone usually (iphone6 with a pop up blocker app). I just checked it and had one pop up. I couldn't replicate it though, and it didn't happen more than once. I wasn't signed in at the time either. Looking at who is posting, it seems to be happening to normal and VIP accounts alike. So it's not just certain links. It actually happened to me when I touched a part of the screen that wasn't a link.

Could be a mobile Chrome/Safai/WebKit exploit. I never use Chrome if I can help it and it doesn't appear to be happening in Firefox

This is still happening...popup which my browser blocked followed by redirection.

As well as being annoying these can drop malware and compromise devices so from now on I'll only be visiting this site using an ad blocker.

It happened to me a few days ago (using Safari on an iPad), but I assumed that I'd tapped an advert by mistake. It happened again just now, ironically when I tried to view this thread! I tapped the title, then this moved to a separate tab and the current tab went through a series of redirects (various site names); I closed it before it could settle on one.

It's happened to me a few times recently. It usually happens when I go to umd.net and click on Forums from the home page. I use Firefox. If I go back and click it again it opens fine.
