Love you, too
Ken has a new "One Night Only Release" I can't believe who it is. Yes, that's right. It is Shawna the same Shawna who appeared in SlapStickStuff and Pied the poor Carrie, but didn't get a drop of pie on her. Than she appeared in Anglefan, and Pied two more beautiful women, again staying clean. FINALLY!!!! She got her just deserts, and Ken got her so good!! Check it out!

You're not wrong. This is 100% true, but Ken is just finding sneaky little ways around the fact that he signed a contract with Shawna stating he would never sell the footage.
Then again, this community rarely--if ever--punishes certain producers for ethically questionable behavior.... So, you know, as long as the slime is good and the girl is hot, who gives a fuck about the rest, RIGHT???
I won't comment on ethics here, but rather, producer strategy. It is clear that if you have a hot model who dishes it out and stays clean for a couple of scenes, the anticipation of her getting her comeuppance builds and builds.
I suggest that a producer (Rich?), see if this strategy works. Take a model who is willing to be messed up and hold off on the messing for a couple of videos. She will be the straight chick who messes up the poor stooge model. Then, after a couple of these types of videos, announce that little miss priss who didn't get messy in previous vids is now going to be completely annihilated with mess. I think you would have a hot seller on your hands!

I didn't even know who the girl was when I purchased this scene. Ken didn't show any clean pics of the model. Now I know why!!! Anyone looking for this scene, Ken has already taken it off his download store, maybe he saw your post Rich?? I can't speak for anyone else on this site, but I feel that if we make certain promises to models that agree to work doing this kind of thing, we should respect their wishes and not just make a bunch of false promises KEN!!! I for one do give a fuck about this topic. I'm just sorry I didn't know about the agreement. I think I should get my money back. What do you say Ken???

No, the videos were removed from Ken's store by yesterday evening, at least 9-10 hours before Rich made his post this morning. It's possible the original post by you, Mr Pies, alerting the UMD to these videos, is what made Ken take it down, or maybe he had only ever planned to have the scene up very briefly for a specific customer, as VegasWam theorized. He did get in some hot water over the previous messy Shauna video he had up in his store here about 5-6 months back, and that too was removed from his store within a day of its posting.

My understanding is that a pretty large chunk of WAM videos made these days are actually customs (although the percentage of customs to non-customs varies a lot from one producer to the next). The vast majority of the customs made are just not private customs, which means the producer can sell them in his or her store. And since the producer gets income from both the patron ordering the custom and their "regular" store customers, they can potentially charge the patron considerably less. (How well this works, of course, depends in large part on how esoteric the requested custom is. Something super-specific to the patron's tastes may or may not be appealing to a wider WAM audience.)

I don't think you'll get a refund, or even a proper explanation from Ken. I'd love to be proven wrong, but he doesn't seem like the most morally upstanding dude on this forum.

What happened here, Mr. Pies? Did you contact Shauna on IG (as you talk about doing above) and find she was okay with this stuff being posted? I really doubt she would've said anything like that.
So why are you now posting an animated gif of the first pie hit from this video, when it seems pretty certain it should never have seen the light of day, beyond the guy who ordered the custom?
Please don't get me wrong. In all other cases, I applaud your generosity in sharing gifs from pie videos with us -- you are the master of these things! -- since they are generally okayed for public consumption by the models and the producers seem to be cool with their work being excerpted like this. In this one specific case, though, I'm a bit baffled.
If you learned something that makes this okay that you forgot to mention, I'd love to hear about it. But otherwise, I don't think it's right to be posting this.
Just my two cents, though.

It'd be nice to think Shauna could do more than merely chew Ken's ass out, considering he violated her contract multiple times. You'd hope that would be solid ground to take legal action and get serious money out of Ken, but I'm guessing it doesn't really work that way on this scale of business.

I'm curious if Ken ever reached out to you about you wanting a refund or an explanation
I too would love to know if Ken ever said anything to Mr Pies about Shauna. Ken sure hasn't commented on the matter publicly, and Mr Pies has now also fallen silent on this topic. Although Mr Pies did remove his Shauna messy gif, from which we might draw the conclusion that he never received word from Shauna or Ken that this was a properly authorized release.
