I'm normally pretty sensitive to that, but I don't get it that much from this. One or two are there for the pay check... but it's also competition. Have you watched a full one? They really enjoy getting the guys...
The lady at 40 sec looks annoyed that the guy is undoing her hair and letting it down. Then she gets a wicked smile on her face, like "okay, let's show them what you've got!", and she shakes out her head and does a hair flip, and all this thick beautiful hair comes cascading down, looking really hot! Then she gets nailed! And she's smiling afterward! :lovestruck:

Watch the whole show (or just go to the male WAM forum and/or YouTube and watch the separate, male-only edit that the same user makes). The women, on average, dish it out about twice as bad as the guys do. Did you notice the guy in the background whose entire head & upper body was covered in blue icing? He didn't get that way by himself....
If anything, the women take it very well... In the early days of the shows, they were far more prissy about it. (LOTS of hair pies. LOTS of pies that grazed one cheek.) It's honestly rare to see a bad hit from either gender now. That said, this same show ended with a woman covering a guy's entire HEAD in pie via a double sandwich... So I don't think your "sadism" argument really works here.
