Always assume anything you create can and will be hacked, stolen, and broadcast on the internet. Hopefully it won't happen but never rely on "it won't leave my phone" because both accidents and hacks can and will happen.

UMD's rules on sharing anything like that are you must have full consent and a signed model release from the person being AI-depicted, obviously that doesn't apply if you aren't posting it here but it's probably a good starting point before creating any AI images or videos of a real person even if there aren't any plans to share the material.
