Brilliant idea, and I'm annoyed that I probably won't be able to make it to Vegas. But I think you might be missing a trick by not opening it up to volunteer female models for an hour or two. Even though you'd probably need them to sign a waiver first.

Do you have the format thought out for the pie booth? Classic pie throwing booth? Model on a stool and pier gets to pie in the method he wants? I would personally love to give these girls a nice pie sandwich.
I think we may look into each guest having 3 pies. No throwing, since we will be in our suite, but the classic face smearing with pie in hand will do fine. I'm sure the girl will be in a chair.
