We wanted to get feedback on this. We might have one of our Messygirls willing to shave her head bald for a messy shoot. Does this appeal to anyone? After this individual is bald, she will still be doing shoots as a bald model until it grows back. Does a bald Messygirl in future shoots also appeal to you?
To each their own but for me personally messy hair is essential to a good WAM scene. Shaving off her hair first seems like extra effort for less enjoyment.
Wow...kudos indeed if one of the girls is willing to do that! I know it's each to their own and that - to borrow a well-known UK term - head-shaving is a Marmite feature, but it's definitely something I'd love to see for real.
You've done shoots in the past where head shaving was part of the scene, but wasn't real-life; it would really be great to see it happen, properly, as part of a messy scene. The mind boggles thinking about which girl has put herself forward, and all the possible options there could be to incorporate it into such a scene!
As for shoots post-shaving - yes, why not? It wouldn't put me off.
What a great opportunity to do a "punishment" style scene in which the model is stripped naked, her hair is shaved off and she is then tarred and feathered!
As for other scenes while her hair is growing back, I don't see why there wouldn't be a market for scenes with a short-haired model.
i'd love it - the fun with headshaving is the humiliation of it - so have another girl do it and make sure the model feels like she's made a mistake. make her feel incredible about her hair before and then tell her how bad she looks afterwards. gag her with her ponytail - and use her hair for more mess - tar her and make her hair stick to her body

Seriously, if it's gonna be you, sweet! If it's another lady, I wouldn't object to it being one of the veterans. Just not Zoey! I dig the hair color. Penelope or Sabrina, sure.
Let me clarify -- I won't object at all if Zoey were shaved clean, but I prefer that she not go bald, since I dig that hair color on her.
Having long hair myself, and being fiercely protective of it!, I know that for many women their hair is important to them If they are really willing to shave their hair off then go for it! I just hope you appreciate how much it will mean to them! But I would have no issue with seeing a bald model getting messy in the future.
Not really, especially if it means that model will be "hairless" or super short hair for future shoots. That is a look that I'm personally just not fond of and it's something they (and you as the producer) need to consider too. Shaving their head for real will make their modeling gigs much more limited as the number of guys that like bald girls and short haired girls is far lower than the number that like girls with feminine longer hair styles. I wouldn't ruin a bunch of future scenes just for one single scene.
There have been a few producers that have done that kinda thing in the past and none have lasted more than a few scenes and poof...they are gone from the producer world.
If you're gonna do a real shoot, I'd suggest hiring a specialty model that does specifically that for a living and is willing to do a wam shoot based around hair cutting.
I think you have enough models with long hair to satisfy those who prefer that look, including those that have voted "no" in this thread. For those short hair/bald enthusiasts, this would be our holy grail. I would buy any shoot with a bald model, since it's pretty much impossible to find such material, and especially not of the quality of videos that you produce.
I like the idea of whoever has their head shaved getting painted gold, probably as a separate shoot. Maybe even use a wig for the first portion of the video.
I'm probably interested in the video where the shaving is filmed, presumably a punishment video.
The period after that, while her hair grows back? That's harder to predict without knowhing who it is.
