I've had to recover data off of external hard drives twice and it's not pleasant on the mind or the wallet. After the second time I bought double the hard drives so that I could back everything up.

Messyflyboy, I would think if you ask the MessMaster, you could get the download period extended or something. Just provide an explanation like you did here.

its fucking awful. we have 4 hard drive back up here. like some amazing shit. a real awesome set up. for some reason? they started to crap out a few days ago and then like clockwork BAM. THEY ALL DIED AT ONCE. it was insane. our back ups on back ups were fucking going like dominoes.
then my laptop died yesterday as this was happening. lives were lost. if i drank? many bottles woud have been gone. clonazepam at bedtime was a dream come true and lets just say...im having more sales adn offers on my only fans and twitter to bring our boys home...aka...buy me a laptop i found on amazon. 2021 can LICK MY BALLS!!!

ALL of your drives died? At once? Maybe you have some electrical issues or something, like they got zapped. Just in case, if you have stuff on there that seems lost, I might be able to get it...I do film work and I've had RAID drives die on me and I was able to recover everything,,,which is not supposed to be possible, but I stll did it (thankfully cause I was scared as hell!).

They DID have some serious electrical issues from that tornado. Lost power for awhile if I remember correctly...
