I put on my fluffy fur coat, my warm knit dress, and my super cozy boots--ready for anything but water.

But the pool was there, calm, sparkling calling to me.

I got closer. I touched the water.

One step became two and that was it: a splash.

The coat felt heavy, the dress clung to me, the boots filled with water--and I, as always, laughed from head to toe.

Completely wet, completely happy.
