This is a clothes filling WAM instructions video I made for myself and have done a couple of times but I thought I'd share it for you lovely people. Its basically a video slide show which tells you how to get messy. The first couple of slides outline a shopping list and outfit. All you do then is get your play space ready and do what the instructions say on screen!

As the title states this is heavily slanted to clothes filling--its actually a reverse splosh where you start naked and get dressed filling your outfit as you go. I tried to write it to be unisex.

It uses a mixture of sweet and savoury foods but it would still work if you decide to substitute some items.
