Wearing gym wear, Joe takes a seat on the workout bench, he then has his hands cuffed behind his back. Green and blue gunge is poured over him to start, then then over his white socks. To make things more interesting, he's asked questions, if he gets one wrong, his gym kit is cut off leaving him exposed in only his underwear. He's given a little rinse off with a bucket of water, soaking those white boxer trunks. Then to finish him off, white, black then green gunge is poured over him. Totally trashed, he's released from the bench, stands up and wipes down.
