Lane is a snobby actress who is insulted when asked to read for the part of a slapstick stooge. She then makes the mistake of insulting the director and this results in her being pied and stripped down to her panties for a messy wedgie. Then when Lane is unable to see because of all the pies to the face, she trips and falls face first into a tub of glop. While in the glop, she is finished off with more pies to the kisser.
