This movie stars messy Jessie.

She starts out in her costume with her wellies and all the ingredients needed for an ice cream sundae. Jessie starts out by filling the boots with her ingredients to make a sundae in each boot. Next she slips her feet into the delicious mess and lies down with her legs in the air to make the mess run down her legs. Then she adds more to the boots, empties one over her head and gets rather messy!
