I've layered up my gear with a tight tank top and leggings underneath some woven cargo trackies and an Adidas jacket with reflective stripes. Plus some Nike trainers and a cap to complete the look.

I turn my shower straight on to full power and it immediately soaks my outfit right through!

You'll spot the bulge sticking out of my wet trackies before they start to fall down, then it becomes more obvious through just the Gym King tights.

My jacket comes off revealing just the tight wet tank top underneath. Then I take that off too leaving just a harness on my bare chest.

I enjoy the water flowing over my clothes then put the shower hose inside my trackies to finish.
