It's hard to make out what this peculiar t-shirt is actually about, because of the simplistic nature of the art. Is that an anime schoolgirl looking embarrassed at making a mistake? What is that slug thing in the center? Am I supposed to know her? In any case, it's a perfect candidate to get what any good t-shirt is meant to be: wet. I start by making only her feet wet, then soon enough the rest of the shirt gets a taste of the water and the fabric becomes darker as it should be.
