Part 2 of 2 Rae continues to apply more frosting to her head and shoulders until she has to do the no-look smoke because everything is covered except her red lipstick covered lips. She smokes 2 cigarettes at a time before applying another layer of flour. Then she grabs whats left of the frosting and plays with it making shapes in her hair before applying more red lipstick, smoking again and adding more flour.
