Masala felt strangely intimate, slightly ridiculous by putting straws in her nose for Cinnamon (no one knows why they didn't just put it in their mouth lol) they tell me it was on purpose to make the scene funnier. Who knows! (see what we did there?)

With Masala lying there, Cinnamon sits close with a bowl of warm, freshly mashed potatoes. There's a familiar kitchen vibe which makes the whole situation feel even more surreal.

When Cinnamon starts applying the mash, Masala feels soothed and warm enough to want to fall asleep (as she indicates with her hands).

Cinnamon's hands move slowly, spreading the soft, thick mixture across Masalas's cheeks, forehead and chin. It's heavier than a real mask, a little lumpy, and it doesn't glide on as smoothly as a typical face mask. They both can't resist laughing.

By the time Cinnamon is done, Masala's face is fully covered with gravy
