Barefoot Lady Rose, dressed in a short sleeved red knee-length dress with little white stars, over which she wears a red corset, first bathes her bare feet in a tub of water, then slowly and carefully, using jugs and buckets, drenches her dress and corset while sitting down. First she soaks the skirt of her dress, then she moves up her front soaking her corset and upper dress, and eventually pouring a full bucket down her own back, wetting some of her hair in the process.
