Step one: Find every large container in your house and fill it with everything yucky you can find. Moldy leftovers, expired chunky milk, the smellier the better, throw it in there! Even though you probably have a good idea where this nastiness is going to end up, imagine that you're making a bucket of slop to dump on your worst enemy, and fill every container to the brim. This container here is full of (show the bucket and list off the ingredients). And let me tell you, you can smell this from a mile away! No amount of showers is going to be able to get the smell of this out of my hair.

Step two: Get dressed up! Just because you're about to get totally humiliated, doesn't mean you can't start not looking your best! You want to go from your most presentable, so that the degradation is more extreme! I recommend your most beautiful dress, sexiest bikini, or hottest lingerie set!

Step three: start recording yourself! No humiliation is complete with it being public to the world. You'll want to make sure you have a good quality camera to capture the moment, and a distribution point online set up ahead of time, with the link sent out to everyone you wouldn't want to see you at your most humiliated. Send the streaming link to all of your friends, your ex-boyfriends, your co-workers, your bosses, the more the merrier! Once you've got the video rolling, it's time to give everyone watching a show, so go ahead and strip naked for everyone! (you stip nude now)
