Smiley was out and about when it started to pour down rain. She quickly pulled over, jumped out and started to film. It's rare to have warm rain in California. Smiley takes full advantage of it and tries to get as wet as possible. She starts off by walking around and stomping in puddles. She eventually starts to dance around and sit down in the puddles and even lays down on the street and lets the rain pour onto her. She splashes around and has a blast while getting soaked. The rain turns into hard and loud rain and she stays in it for as long as she can. Unfortunately it begins to hail so she calls it a day but she had so much fun dancing around in the rain.
