Hi everyone! Looking thru all your messages to me gave me an idea for my blog.
My partner suggested I start a list of all my favourite things he likes to see me gunged in.
While Ok I decided to add a couple of extras, like things we tried that went wrong, and things I would love to try, but Im too afraid to try.

Sallys Rule 1: Keep it fresh, keep it runny!


Things We Have Tried & Like.
Own brand supermarket baked beans, cos they are cheaper and runnier. See Sallys rule 1 above.
Spaghetti, fantastic when mulched into hair, makes great knickers and bra fillers.

Ketchup and Brown Sauce Over Hair and body only, the smell is too strong to stand for too long
Pasta Sauce (red or white) - As above, but pick the colour to compliment your skin tone for best effect.

Mayonnaise, ( oh yeah! ) Best used in the knickers and over my bum.
Gravy - only in small quantities as it makes me heave!
Syrup, & Treacle, defiantly a hair / face substance, treacle in the knicks is sometimes hard to clean.

Ice cream either chocolate or strawberry cos those are Dans favs. Plain cheapo ice cream on my body doesnt look as good, but Dan still likes to lick me clean after!!!!

Chocolate sauce.. There is no where I would object to this, and Dan never complains either.

Overripe soft tomatoes are great for hair if pushed in and musshed up. A few weeks in a warm kitchen gets them to the right consistency for us. Use before mould grows on them through!

Cold black coffee, super over white cotton tops and blouses.

Eggs, best if pre-smashed in a bowl, and whipped like omelettes; suitable for the whole body, but head and knicks are my favs places. Alternatively place whole in clothes and use light pressure to break, make sure the yolk breaks or it runs out and hits the floor.

Pies, yeah pies, mmmn its got to be my bum first but then everywhere. Two things to mention a lot of you are into shave foam. Fine if you like, but not for us, because it sticks like shit you cant see the person below the cream Same is true for oversize flan cases, the point for us is to be able to see me thru the pie and not a pile of brown pastry on top of a white blob!

Vaseline, great for total body wet look, and has a added bonus for a super slippery sexy session when the wamming is over.

Soft fruits and berries, being sold off cheap at supermarket or better still picked free from local parks. A tip here ladies is to put them in a plastic bag, remove all the air and seal the bag. Now get you partner to put his big arse on the bag and gently roll over the fruit squashing it to a right old mess. Then he can pour it over you as his fancy takes him or over him for being a naughty boy. Alternately about 3 seconds in a liquidiser gets an even runnier mess to play with.

Water, provided its not just a boring shower/bath. I like to Accidently fall in a river (as I did in Devon last year) or get pushed back into a fountain. (Still on my to do list but very keen to try)

Oh my I still have a number of things but I have not got space to mention, as I want to tell you of our future items and our wamming failures as well.. So continuing on.

Like this weekend with luck! Some pots of sweet & sour sauce, surplus to a Chinese meal we had.
Ooo nearly forgot Salad Cream, its been recommended by NastyGunge. Hi Nasty!




Things we tried that went horribly wrong.
Used cooking oil, salvaged from a fryer. Yuck! I smelt like a bag of chips for days after the session.
Oil is wonderful but only if fresh. See Sallys rule 1.

Flour Tipped over head, its a great effect on camera, BUT! I started choking with all the flour flying around the bathroom and we had to abandon the fun.

Wallpaper paste, yeah we tried it before we bought some proper gunge stuff. Watch out! I had a reaction to the paste, and had a spotty bum for weeks.

Emulsion paint, Absolutely wonderful effect if you pick a good colour to compliment your skin, but a right mess to clear up, and tends to knacker clothes, it ruined a beautiful push up bra I had bought. :-(

Milk, again looks OK, but unless your careful with clearing up you can land up with nasty smells in the room if it gets out of your capture device. (We used a kiddie pool and plastic sheeting)

Again I know there are plenty more but my memory is all covered in custard and I cant think!


Things we would love to try, but I not brave enough.
Used car oil, trouble is it cant be on body for long, or Ill land up looking like a mechanic. :-(

Falling over face first into wet cement, It would have to be quick as cement can burn your skin.

Thick mud, the sort you see in the states, UK mud is not as good in my opinion.
