Since the Joker had been locked away in Arkham, Harley had been forced to go solo. She had been keeping the old pie and confection factory hideout in working order in Mr. J's absence. In fact, she'd even made it into a small business that would one day provide money to fund the Joker's schemes. But today, it was just a confection factory with a less than mentally stable owner.

The Titans and friends had no trouble slipping into the factory unnoticed this night. The factory was relatively quite, none of the machines were running and the only thing the girls could here was some happy go lucky humming coming from an office. As the girls approached, they could see Harley Quinn standing inside kissing a poster of the Joker. The girls quickly filed into the room, starling the clown princess of crime.

Harley: "Well well wellwhat do we have here? You girls throwin' me a party or sumthin?"
Jinx: "Yeah, 'sumthin' like that"
Harley: "Listen toots, I don't who you girls think you are, but I'm not going back to the slammer!"
Raven: "Chill out Harley Quinn, we aren't here to arrest you."
Harley: "Huh?!?"
Barbara: "Let's suit up girls!"

All six girls squeezed their noses. Harley's jaw hit the floor as she watched the six superheroines morph into clowns.

Harley: "Am I missin' sumthin' here? Did you girls take a bad hit of smilex or what?"
Terra: "More like a good hit of magic. Haha!"
Diana: "Yeah and it's great being a clowngirl!"
Barbara: "Oh yeah it is, and you'll be finding that out soon Harley!"
Harley: "You dames are nuts!!! Besides, I'm already in a jester outfit, close enough to a clown for Mr. J and me!"
Starfire: "Well, not for us friend Harley. Friend Raven, would you please hurry with the clown magic. I'm ready to have fun again!"
Raven: "You got it Starfire. Jok-air-cloun-lafis-jesteress!"
Harley: "I'm gettin' outta here before you crazy broads get mehaha! What thehahahahell??? Why am I laughin'? Haha! This ain't funny! Hahahahahah!!!"
Jinx: "Just enjoy it while it lasts Harl, the transformation only takes about a minute and then you'll be a full blown clown girl like us! Heehee!"

Harley's transformation started with her jester shoes growing larger and curving at the ends. The right boot was solid red, the left boot solid black. The flaps at the tops flared out and drooped down to the floor. A black loose pant leg appeared just below her knew and grew upwards to meet her black and red panties. A matching red pant leg shot up her left leg. A pair of matching white frills wrapped around the bottom of each. The right leg had a set of 3 vertical red diamonds while the left leg got black ones. A ballerina skirt formed around her waist, leaving her panties partially exposed. The right half of the skirt was red on top and black underneath. The left half was black on top and red underneath. As a skintight top extended from her skirt, the colors flip flopped just below her bust. The costume continued as a skintight red sleeve shot down her left arm. As it neared her elbow, it began to expand outward in a cone shape, culminating with a classic white frill at the end of the cone. A puffy black glove adorned her left hand. A row of 3 black diamonds dotted their way down her upper arm. The right side of her body was an exact match to the left, with the exception of being the opposite colors. Her costume dipped into a V-line around her neck, with sharp white triangles working their way around the opening by draping over costume. White puff balls adorned the tips of the triangles. Harley's classic Jester hat remained. The right half of her hat was red, the left half black. The hat itself seemed to almost inflate and puff out was the ends elongated and sagged to shoulder length behind her. The hat now made a half moon shape arcing up and dropping back down behind her. The end of each was dotted with a white puff ball. Her eyes were framed by black diamonds. A large, sly red smile formed around her lips. Black outlined the almost devious smile. A simple black eyebrow appeared over each eye. Her transformation completed as a large red clown nose popped out over her nose.

Harley: "You dames is crazy! But I LOVE crazy! Haha!"
Jinx: "Good, because we're all kinds of crazy!"

It didn't take long for the girls to fill Harley in on how to use her new clown powers. Nor did it take the girl long to conjure up a yellow cream pie. Raven closed her eyes based on her previous experiences, but was presently surprised when she heard the pie splat into someone else's face. Poor Barbara was wiping her eyes clean Harley smiled ear to ear.

Harley: "Sorry Batbabe, always wanted to do that!"

Raven's world turned pink as Jinx whacked her with pink pie.

Jinx: "Didn't want you to feel left out of the opening pies hun"
Raven: "Thanks"
