On Thursday morning Naomi's alarm went off at 7am as usual and she made her way to the bathroom. She'd really enjoyed her first experience of being a model but for now it's was back to the boring office job. She showered and wrapped herself in a towel and made her way downstairs to where she'd hung her suit from yesterday. She felt the jacket, trousers and they were dry as was her shirt and underwear.. She tried her shoes which were still damp so she left them to fully dry.
She returned to her bedroom and applied her make up , did her hair and dressed in the outfit she'd worn in the pool the previous night. She checked her appearance in the mirror.
'Good as new' she thought to herself, Although it does smell a little bit of chlorine...
Naomi had a fairly average day at work, she liked the naughty feeling that what she'd worn to work all day yesterday, then gone swimming in was what she was wearing right now. And no one knew.
At about 11am her phone went of to tell her she had a text message, It was from Alexis.
'Hi Naomi, Hope you had fun last night. It was great working with you. Same again next Wednesday?'
Naomi felt a wave of excitement sweep over her. And she quickly replied to say she was already planning what to wear.
Her week carried on as normal until Friday evening, Naomi had agreed to meet her flat mate Rachel in town for a few drinks after work. As they sat at the bar talking Naomi noticed a familiar bright pink hairstyle across the room.
Later on in the evening a voice said 'Hi Naomi'
She turned around and saw Katie stood at the bar next to her.
'Oh, Hi Katie, How's things? Naomi replied
'Not bad' I spent all yesterday tied up' Said Katie with a smile.
'I don't know if that's better or worse than being stuck in the office' Said Naomi.
They both laughed for a bit until Naomi realised she hadn't introduced Rachel and Katie.
Rachel, she started. This is Katie, i was working with her on wednesday' Katie, This is my flatmate Rachel. They exchanged hello before Naomi continued.
'Are you coming next Wednesday? Alexis messaged me earlier'.
Unfortunately i can't Katie replied, 'I have a shoot in Zurich next week' You should take your flatmate. She's really pretty.
'Um, i don't really know... Stuttered Rachel.
'Jack and Alexis are always looking for new models'. Suggested Katie.
Naomi saw that Rachel was looking abit uncomfortable and quickly moved the conversation on. Knowing that she'd try and persuade her friend to give it a try.
Several hours and many drinks later Naomi and rachel walked home, When they arrived Naomi let them in and went to the kitchen. She flicked the kettle on while Rachel flopped down on the sofa. Naomi's modelling had been playing on her mind since she'd found about it earlier in the week and as Naomi walked through with two cups of coffee she took her chance.
'Do you think i should come with you on Wednesday?' She asked tentatively.
Naomi was taken by surprise by this as her friend had seemed quite against the whole idea up to now.
Ooh, She replied. And stopped.
Well, i think it could be something i might err... well... Continued Rachel.
'If you want to get involved i can message Alexis, Although it's probably a bit late to do it now. I'll tell her i have a nice new model for Wednesday' Replied Naomi
'Don't text her yet, I'm still not 100% sure i want to do this'. Said Rachel.
Why not? Asked Naomi, 'You want some extra money for when we go on holiday. And it's really not that different to when we did Aquq-yoga. It's just you'll have your shoes on as well.
Rachel sipped her coffee and thought for a minute before she replied. 'Go on then, sign me up'.
As soon as she'd finished speaking Naomi got her phone out and quickly text Alexis to say she had a new model to bring along if it was ok.
'I thought you said it was to late to message tonight'? Asked Rachel.
'I had to get in before you sober up and change your mind' Replied Naomi laughing. You wouldn't let me down would you?
